Who handles refunds?
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for transactions completed through Paddle, so refund requests for those transactions are handled under Paddle buyer terms, Paddle's refund policy and applicable mandatory consumer rights.
This policy applies to paid Formza purchases processed through Paddle when paid checkout becomes available. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Start at paddle.net using the email associated with your purchase, or contact us through the Formza Contact page if you need help identifying an order or resolving a product issue. We may ask for a transaction reference or enough information to locate the purchase, but never send full card details.
We do not promise that every payment is automatically refundable. Eligibility depends on the order circumstances, Paddle terms, applicable mandatory consumer rights, and whether the service was faulty or materially different from what was described at purchase. Paddle may also grant discretionary refunds under its policy.
When a refund is approved, it is generally processed back to the original payment method under Paddle and payment-provider procedures. The time to appear can vary by bank or payment method.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals according to the cancellation timing and terms, but does not automatically refund fees for a billing period that has already started. See Billing & Cancellation for details.
Use Contact for product support, or paddle.net for questions tied to a Paddle transaction.
