Formza is a platform for building forms, surveys and data-collection experiences, publishing them, and reviewing responses in one place. You can start from scratch or a template, share by link or QR, and review results in the response dashboard.

Getting started
No. You can build, style, configure and publish a form from the interface without writing code.
You can use Formza for registrations, customer feedback, lead capture, applications, events, surveys, evaluations, internal requests and more. The field library and templates let you adapt the form to your workflow.
Yes. You can browse and preview templates, then create an editable copy in your account instead of starting from a blank form.
Yes. Published forms are designed for small screens, and the Formza editor also includes mobile-friendly controls for adding elements, opening settings and previewing forms.
Building forms
A draft that was never published and never changed since it was created moves to the trash after a few days, so your forms list stays tidy. You can restore it from the trash for 7 days. Any draft you edited or published stays where it is.
Standard mode shows the form on one page, while conversational mode focuses on one question at a time with clear navigation. You can choose the experience that fits each form.
Yes. You can configure required fields and organize the structure and order of your form from the editor before publishing.
Yes. Conditional logic and calculations are included in the current Free plan, letting a form react to respondent answers instead of showing everyone the same path.
Yes. You can use a welcome screen and control what happens after submission, including a thank-you state, redirecting to another URL, or allowing another response.
Yes. You can set a closing date or a response cap, then show a custom message after the form stops accepting responses.
Yes, on Pro. Turn on “Save partial answers” in Settings: what a respondent types is kept as they go and they pick up where they stopped if they come back, and you see unfinished answers and where people stop. Useful for longer forms.
Question types
The field library includes short and long text, name, number, email, phone, location, dropdowns, single and multiple choice, ratings, numeric ratings, dates, nationality, file uploads, plus headings, subheadings and content elements.
Yes: images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and documents (PDF, Word, Excel), and you choose what each question takes. Every document is checked before it is stored, and anything with macros or active content is refused. Document size and the number of files differ between Free and Pro, and the numbers in force are shown under the upload question itself.
7 days on the Free plan and 30 days on Pro, counted from the upload. The window is not extended when the response is submitted, so download what you need before it ends. The privacy policy covers deletion and backups.
Yes. Electronic signature is included in Formza's current feature set and can be used when you need to collect a signature within a form.
Yes. Formza supports rating and numeric-rating fields, as well as choices and dropdowns, so you can build service ratings or simple scoring experiences.
Yes. These are available as dedicated field types alongside email, phone and number fields, so you do not have to rely on generic text questions for structured data.
Yes. Formza supports content elements such as headings, subheadings and images to explain and separate sections; not every element has to collect an answer.
Languages & RTL
Formza supports 24 languages, including Arabic, English, Urdu and Persian, and the direction (RTL or LTR) follows each language on its own.
Yes. You can enable the languages you need on the same form and edit the translated title, description, questions and choices for each language. The Free plan allows 3 languages per form; Pro allows every language.
RTL is supported natively. The interface and published form direction change with the language instead of simply translating strings, while English uses LTR.
Yes. Translations are not locked. You can review and edit titles, questions, descriptions and choices for each language before publishing.
When multiple languages are enabled, the same form can be presented in the appropriate language while keeping one underlying form and response set instead of separate copies.
Design & branding
You can control colors, fonts, backgrounds, the logo, header image and welcome screen, using presets or manual customization.
Yes. A logo and form header image are part of the current design controls and can be used to bring the form closer to your brand.
Yes, with Pro. Pro is designed for a white-label customer experience, including removing the “Made with Formza” branding.
Yes, with Pro, on request. Publish on forms.company.com. Arranged by hand for your account after you contact us.
Yes, with Pro. You can customize the favicon as well as the title, description and image used when the form is shared on services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
Publishing & sharing
Once the form is ready, you can publish it to a standalone link and share it directly. The current plan also includes a short link and QR code for sharing outside the browser.
Yes. You can generate a QR code for a form and use it on print, in branches, at events, or anywhere you want people to open the form quickly.
Yes. Code and background colour, size, and PNG, SVG and PDF downloads are for everyone; your logo in the middle of the code and a line under it are part of Pro.
Yes, on Pro. Pick the email, phone or ID question and switch on “Block duplicate responses”, and the form will not accept the same answer twice: the respondent sees the warning as soon as they leave the field, and a repeated submission is refused. It decides by the answer, never by the device, so nothing is collected about the visitor. In the responses screen, a “Repeat” badge marks any response that matches an older one.
Yes, on Pro. In Settings switch on “Password protection” and type a password: nobody sees the form's questions or sends a response before typing it. We do not keep the password itself, so if you forget it, set a new one.
You can show a custom thank-you message, redirect to another URL, or redirect by rating: a high score goes to a link you choose, such as your Google review page, and everyone else sees the thank-you message or another link. You can also offer a social-follow action, or — on Pro — show a “Submit another response” button on the thank-you screen when that fits the workflow.
Responses & analytics
30 days, counted from the last time the respondent typed something. Saving partial answers is part of Pro. What is saved is deleted the moment they submit, so the window only ever applies to responses nobody finished.
Yes, anyone can open the form link again and send another response. On Pro you can also switch on “Allow another response” in the form settings, which puts a “Submit another response” button on the thank-you screen that opens the form empty right away: useful for front-desk sign-ups, stock counts and field data collection.
Responses appear in the Formza dashboard so you can review each submission without relying on separate messages or manual files.
Analytics include traffic sources, devices, completion time, drop-off points and question-level analysis, alongside the individual responses themselves.
Yes. Analytics can show visit source, device type and session-related usage information to help you understand how respondents reached the form.
Yes. Formza supports drop-off and completion-time analysis, helping you spot questions or steps that create unnecessary friction.
When enabled on Pro, partial responses let you see data entered before a respondent completes the final submission. Use this only when it fits your purpose and the privacy notice for your form.
The response dashboard keeps submissions organized for review and analysis, and you can download it as a CSV file that opens in Excel, or connect it to Google Sheets.
Integrations & exports
Yes. You can connect a form to Google Sheets so responses can move into a spreadsheet without manual copying.
Yes. Responses download as a CSV file that opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets, with Arabic intact, so you can analyze, archive or move them into other tools.
Not yet as something you set up yourself. Webhooks are wired up for your account on request and do nothing before that. The integration that works today is Google Sheets: every new response is appended to your spreadsheet.
Yes. Email notifications for the form owner are part of the current feature set, so you do not have to keep the dashboard open to notice new submissions.
Yes, on Pro. Turn on “Branded confirmation email” in Settings › Your brand and write the subject and message; whoever fills in the form gets an email in your form's name and logo, with a copy of their answers if you want. Sending it from your own email domain is set up on request.
Formza AI
You can describe the form you need and Formza AI turns the request into a title, description and practical set of questions using supported field types instead of making you build every question manually.
Yes. Its generation instructions are designed to match the language of your request unless you explicitly ask for another language, so you can prompt it in Arabic or English.
It can use short and long text, name, number, email, phone, location, dropdown, radio, checkbox, ratings, date, nationality, uploads, headings and subheadings.
For quality and performance, one generation currently supports up to 24 fields and a prompt of up to 1,200 characters. You can then edit the generated form normally.
Yes. The result is a starting point, not a locked artifact. You can change questions, field types, order, options and design before publishing.
Plans & billing
Yes. The current Free plan includes unlimited forms and responses within the fair-use policy, with no time limit and no card required. The fair use page shows the limits in force right now.
Not in the usual form-builder way. The current Free plan includes logic and calculations, signatures, templates, analytics, exports, 3 languages per form, QR, uploads and more. Pro is mainly focused on a white-label brand experience, and adds every language in one form, several files per upload question, and a “Submit another response” button on the thank-you screen.
It means normal use does not run into a counter, while large-scale automation or unusual workloads that affect performance or security may be reviewed. The operational limits in force right now are listed on the fair use page, which updates itself if they change.
The current price is on the pricing page. Pro adds Formza-brand removal, your logo on the loading screen and pinned at the top, a custom favicon, custom share cards, a “Submit another response” button on the thank-you screen, blocking duplicate responses on email, phone and ID questions, password protection, saving partial answers and a custom form address — all of which work the moment you switch them on. It also adds a branded confirmation email to whoever fills in the form. A custom domain and a custom sending domain are arranged by hand on request. See pricing
Enterprise is not bought on the site; it is arranged by agreement. Form and response limits and the Formza AI allowance are set for your account, with everything in Pro. Set up on request: creating many forms at once linked to one master form, video and audio answers, and a custom domain. None of it is switched on before an agreement. Contact us from the plans page.
Your forms, responses and settings are not deleted. Paid features return to Free-plan behavior after the paid entitlement ends.
Payment happens on an encrypted page hosted by a certified payment provider; your card details are never stored by Formza. An invoice reaches your account email with every payment, and any tax is shown before you confirm.
Privacy & security
Formza may store account details, forms, responses, uploads, settings and operational records needed to run the service, plus information you send when contacting support.
It may include first-party visitor/session identifiers, source and referrer, language, browser, operating system, device type, approximate location, field interactions and completion time to provide analytics and improve the service.
No, according to the current Privacy Policy. The described usage data is used to provide analytics and improve the service, not to build a cross-site advertising profile.
You can manage forms and responses and delete information through the controls available in your account. Some records may be retained when required for security, transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
The form owner is responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and for providing privacy notices and obtaining any consent required by laws that apply to their use.
The Privacy Policy describes access controls, request validation, rate limits and other safeguards. Formza may also rely on infrastructure and operational providers as needed to deliver the service.
